LBR RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Returns Policy applies to all purchases made via our website www.loyaltybeforeroyalty.co.uk. Any purchases made through a third party or retailer not accredited by LBR, will not be governed by the terms set out in this policy.
Returns Policy
If there are any items or purchases you are not satisfied with, you, the customer, has the right and can return within the allotted period of 14 days (UK) for a credit to the value of the said item OR replacement item. However, credits AND replacements are discretionary, depending on the state of the returned items and LBR reserve the right to refuse credit a customer on the basis of damaged, worn, soiled or goods that are falsely claimed.
Should you return your item and we agree to a credit, the value of the credit is limited to the total cost of the returned item/items, not including postage and package which is at the customers discretion.
To return a faulty/unworn item in conjunction with the terms set in this policy, you can send (with all original packaging) to the return labelled address received with your goods.
Once we are in receipt of your items and have quality checked, you will receive a confirmation email confirming its status and any further action required.
LBR will then issue a refund to the full cost of the returned item/items. Refunds can only be issued using the same method originally used by you, the customer, to pay for your purchase.
